Responsibilities and Achievements:1> HR Specialist:
? Delivery HR Plan/Priorities to align with Business Growth Plan

? Provide expertise consultation, set manager right expectations, share information of talent market as well provide proactive and constructive recruiting guidance.
? Monitor sourcing and recruiting process, quality of hires, sourcing channel, cost, etc so as to ensure the satisfaction of key stakeholders, compliance with corporate guidelines with interactive interface with business/vendor
? Deliver recruitment related training/knowledge to biz manager, etc recruitment process/policy/system
? Provide consultation support during offering, etc, salary proposal, reference check
? Key team member for PSG recruitment project, etc, campus hire/2nd and 3rd tier city talent hiring/employee referral program
? Prepare weekly, monthly and forecast report to HRGO and general manager, analytical report about recruit states and the challenge
