Responsibilities and Achievements:
?On the government side, I did the full cycle recruiting: receive the solicitation from gov’t agencies, understand the requirements, post the jobs, interview the candidates, prepare the paperwork and submit the proposal, schedule the interview after the agencies get back to us. ?For the corporate side like BOA, Citi-group, JP Morgan, I only need to find the suitable candidates and confirm that they are qualified and available; my colleagues in NY office will be responsible for submitting them and getting the feedback.
